Definitions

In these Terms of Service, "Sanamme," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Benjamin, the developer of the Sanamme application. "You" and "your" refer to the user of the Service. "Service" refers to the Sanamme application.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Sanamme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sanamme. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

License

The Sanamme application is licensed, not sold, to you for use under these terms. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use Sanamme for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service

Your Content

All words and definitions you create are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not have access to it.

Intellectual Property

Sanamme, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Benjamin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app without permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Sanamme may be used by us without obligation to you. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use it for any purpose.

Third-Party Services

Sanamme integrates only with Apple services. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms.

Limitation of Liability

Sanamme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Sanamme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at sanamme@benjaminforster.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
